Phone looks dope but I already tried to leave Apple once and after only a couple months regretted my choice..

Ios is too comfortable and the audio quality(headphones) is way better than any android

I feel you. I always end up back with Apple. Went from EVO back to 4s, GS3 back to 5, GS4 back to 5s. Apple just gets it right. And a jailbroken iPhone is . But a stable pure android rom mixed in with beautiful hardward (Sony Z2) will definitely catch my attention. Then again, I can see the iPhone 6 like , "come back home."

man I been wondering when Sony was going to step up you know they always had the potential and looks like they are about to finally deliver ..... This phone could easily be my next one..... If the battery life is good then its an easy decision

Whoa. I'm still happy with my Galaxy Nexus.....but it is time to move on and I believe this may be my phone. I'd considered moving over to an iPhone because my work phone is an iPhone, but when I sat down and thought about all the shyt I'd be losing that I've come to rely on I just couldn't do so I'm sticking with my android device. I was eyeing that HTC One 2 or whatever it's gonna be called but this Z2 looks like it may be the winner.

I just looked up the Sony Xperia Ion. That phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 SoC, which means it has an outdated Scorpion CPU that Qualcomm no longer supports. You need to sell-off that phone & get a newer one. Make sure it has Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 SoC or later.

You do realize that Worldwide Sony ALREADY sells the most smartphones outside of Samsung & Apple? Sony's Smartphones are popular in Europe & Asia. It looks with the Xperia Z2, Sony is finally going all in & making a serious play for the U.S. market.

Sony already has LG & HTC beat, they trying to steal marketshare from Samsung (& even Apple) now. Like I said before HTC is finished.
