I watched one of their videos where they determine who to bomb or not. It's just a bunch of military commanders just watching people from afar in their rooms. They now determine if dude carrying a gun and walking around is a regular person or really a terrorist since it's not like they can walk up to them and ask them.

Seems the problem is that they were tracking a white Toyota corolla and there are many white Toyota corolla's in Afghanistan.
