Nas is a 20 year rap artist but is still seen not only as an underdog but as a pity act
These new nikkaz dnt look at Nas and say "He's the man to beat"..rather they are still rooting for him like he's still an underdog.

Why would he invite his daughter to the grammys though? Does everyone there bring their families and friends who aren't involved in the music business? This is a legitimate question, by the way. I've never watched the grammys.
Regardless, I could see why he would not want to expose her to that type of atmosphere. Destiny is already pretty fukked up. She needs to be in school and around regular people, not frolicking with celebrities.
