Sooo I was putting on some sweat pants for my college class

And my home girl hit me with " are you white, take that off". So I looked around campus today and realize most black kids wear jeans and cargo pants.. why is this?

That's a good inference imo. Im just sharing my reason. When ya shyt is dragging and swinging on people's shoulders as you try to find a seat, it's time to lock it down.

Also, maybe black kids just wanna be more presentable. I keep my sweats in the crib or the corner store

Thats why the black kids don't wear them. Not saying there won't be days where a black person hasn't showered, we just prefer to not look like we didn't
