Games continue to sell and are reviewed well.
Until another dev tries to muscle in on their lane I don't see what's going to push them.

Which open world RPGs this gen aren't fetch, find and kill? Witcher 3 is exactly that, except with great story telling to bring more color to it, as well as the witcher sense to make it more sleuth-like.

plus they could have made a new game engine instead of relying on the old one, I mean look at uncharted 4. naughty dog went all out bethesda are content with what they make when they COULD and should do better...

In the begining the house customization was horrible, if it rains outside it rains inside, it doesnt protect you from the radiation storms, the game engine seemed a bit outdated... It's just the small things you expect bethesda to do they put it in other games but wont do in this one... the dialog wheel is kinda stupid, there's not really a karma system like the old fallouts. The gun customization is fun. I wish there was a more variety of melee weapons and swords & throwin knives....
Like i said for me personally it's the small things...
You should definitely play it and beat it...
Currently back to playing Witcher 3, GTA V and MGS TPP. Will beat those 3 and then go back to Fallout 4 and Dying LightFallout 4 is still massively fun for me the gunplay is still top notch... lets not take anything away from the game...
Even though I would love a new fallout set in a new city with the new engine they got done by obsidian....
