Scoring in the NBA has always been harder than Europe. This is why the US started to struggle in international ball. The World game is slower, and rules allow for more team defense and congestion.

Not a harder league, just harder to score. No one goes to Europe and puts up huge scoring numbers. The game just isn't like that.
