Sounds good. I can't wait for my come up! What you posted was inspiring! I am 33 and a virgin, obese, have social anxiety problems, and work a minimum wage job at Dollar General. Once I get in shape I'm gonna to the Air Force.
Here is some good advice that I hope you take to heart.
You can have your shyt together a little bit more tomorrow than you have it today.
And the day after that, even a little bit more.
All you have to do today is pick
one of those things that's bothering you and take
one step towards making it better. That's how you're going to get through this... one step at a time, one day at a time. If that means you go for a 5 minute walk today, then do it. That's a very good step to take
today.
Then tomorrow, take another step. And another the day after, and the day after until you get to where you want to be.
The reason you haven't fixed your life yet is because the task looks monumental. You see all that you're going to have to go through and it looks like wrestling a bear.
If you break down what you need to do into small, achievable tasks, it becomes completely do-able.
And then, instead of wrestling a bear one time, well then you're just stepping on a few ants every day. Granted, it's gonna take a LOT of days, but you can do it.
Before you know it, you'll be where you want to be.
So start taking small steps towards where you want to be.
And before you know it, you'll be there.
So get off your ass and go step on some ants.
