This morning ESPN was saying that essentially the Knicks could pay Melo this summer, Lebron could take a 1 yr 3 mil and then get his max contract next summer, when a bunch of shyt comes off their books. He would make up a bunch of the difference with NYC endorsements, etc.

He's staying with Miami, they will give him what he wants, Wade and Bosh will get enough to satisfy their egos and then there will be enough for a supporting cast. That supporting cast won't be much because to be honest there's not much available, but it's the East, and they'll have LeBron so it really won't matter because there is ZERO competition in the East. Not the Wizards, not the Pacers, no nobody. Not with a Miami team that's stacked with 3 future HOFers/All-Stars, one of which is the best player in the league.
