Nowadays? No.

In the past/teen years, I'm a visual person, so if it's a comic, I would check it out. I'm not about to read a novel as a pregame for a movie. And I love reading.

Only thing i'm tempted to read (and that's after the fact) is Mario Puzo's The Godfather, and I gotta finish (reread and finish cause it's been a decade and a half) the Harry Potter series. I was on Book five - Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix.

I gotta think more about what source material I have checked out...

Last time I did it was for Game of Thrones. Might do it for The Expanse.
