I take it CP3 has told management he's definitely resigning with us at the end of the season. Its obvious management isn't confident in DeAndre Jordan for a deep playoff run. I like Bledsoe and I would hate to see him leave but like others have said we're definitely gonna need another big who can score in the post, defend, rebound and make some free throws. And they're thinking if CP3 were to go down, Chauncey, or Crawford can rotate at point:manny:

Why would they be? His fundamentals is down right atrocious and his half court offense is bad. It would be ideal to land KG but Boston wants too much for him. Millsap is a good player who can spot minutes at center and play PF and he can stretch the floor and run the PnR with CP3 better than Griffin can. Millsap would be a major asset for LAC and he will more than likely resign with them as well.

Millsap is a free agent after this season. Plus he is redundant with their roster

Bledsoe should be insurance in case CP3 bolts (unlikely yes, but you never know). Plus Bledsoe has another year on his rookie deal + will be a restricted FA next summer.

good point -milsap a free agent... and that would make LAC
have to max out blake for bout 15mill & cp3 for bout 20mill while they already paying jordan 10mill

clips are a notorious cheap franchise -add the new luxury tax to this :smh:
are they gonna pay milsap too ????

i dont think so

Right now, it would be a great trade for both teams. Clippers need to add depth up front with Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan. DeAndre is still hit or miss kind of player. Milsap can easily give you good production of 15pts 8 rebs consistently with quality defense. But, I can see them losing Caron Butler in the process which isn't all that bad since they have Matt Barnes who's playing the best basketball of his career and Crawford who's easily 6th man of the year.

Utah will get a nice young prospect in Bledsoe. The only problem from the Clippers side will they be able to sign Milsap this upcoming off season? I don't see it.

the point of getting KG was so he could play center.. How does this solve anything?
Center or no center.. we definitely need another solid big. I love DeAndre but if he pulls another no show in the playoffs like he did against Memphis and San Antonio we're fukked. Also Blake Griffin's knee was damn near blew out against the Spurs. we're gonna need another big who can score, rebound and defend point blank.

Who knows we shall soon see. I just want to see that cheap tag erased from our legacy

I dont know why the Clippers are so bent on getting rid of Bledsoe. He'll go somewhere else and turn into the teams best player like Eric Gordon did. SMH

So you'd pay Bledsoe $8-$9 mil a year to back up Chris Paul?

and not for nothin', Eric Gordon's not New Orleans' best player.

Exactly, Bledsoe is starting for either us or another team next year. that's a fact. He's not going to be a backup next year. and Eric Gordon has been a bust in New Orleans so far.

If Utah got Bledsoe they would have a nice young core to move forward with. And that's not including what they would get for Al Jefferson who i assume they would eventually move too.

Breh, Bled is signed thru next season. Or am I mistaking?

If so, he could be a backup next yr

:what: when he plays, he's by far their best player

:what: blake & milsap play the same position... it makes no sense
now kg would be a great move cause he can at the 5, milsap cant

KG is not waving his trade clause.

milsap can play some minutes at the 5 spot actually. theyre not bringing him in to be a starter.

i dont see how millsap is redundant with their roster. he is the type of player that they need actually.

so what if hes a free agent. the clippers are in "win-now" mode. the clock is ticking for alot of these guys.

chris paul isnt going anywhere.
