I think he got tired of the intensity on the Heat so he wanted to take it easier (especially defensively). He wanted to coast a bit more this season. Now he's starting to realize he still has to do everything but he doesn't have great defensive players around him.

He doesnt have that personality to command respect at this stage. Look at him. He looks like Adrien Brody in the Pianist. Cavs should have thought this hiring out if they expected Lebron to come.

They hired him in the Spring

No one thought LeBron was leaving MIA

I don't think Blatt is up at night with Lue and Drew besides him
Lue was the runner up to the job and is cool with Bron.

The Cavs FO need to come out behind Blatt and reinforce that he's the coach and that's the end of that.

Otherwise more and more "questions" will raise up

Their GM is on the phone with Bron right now asking for permission to do that.

He looks so deflated now in post game losses.

I don't know what to make of him as a coach because he was set to fail from the start.

The situation he walked into prior to July 11th was ideal for a first year coach with no NBA experience.

He'd likely be coaching a Kyrie, Wiggins, Parsons, Waiters, and maybe Favors led team.

He would've had the leverage and pull from the front office to run the team as he saw fit.

The other obvious mistake the Cavs have made is the coaching staff mix. You've got sharks that want Blatt's job sitting next to him. He's got everything going against him and I think he knows that now.

And if Blatt does lose his job it's Lue who will take the reigns. You can forget about Mark Jackson.

Yeah he had a good set up for a first year coach when he came than Bron came and it elevated the expectations immediately to something a first year coach shouldn't have.

Lue came in second in the hiring process and the organization is still high on him and Drew has a history of shytting on the coaches he works with to management.

:leon: I didn't know that. I forget Lue sat behind Doc for years and is probably itching to finally get the spot. I'm still look at him AI curb stomping him in the finals :heh: And Drew did shyt on Woodson plus how he got dumped in Mil. Hes probably gunning for the seat oo.

And no one's gonna tell Bron shyt.

That's why if he tells you to trade Wiggins and other talent for an awful interior defender in Love, you do it.

It's why if he tells you to spend whatever money you have left on Mike Miller and Shawn Marion you do it.

Or why if he tells you to sign his boy, injury prone no defense Varejao to a 30M extension, you do it.

He can refuse to run the coach's system, not even acknowledge him, give no effort on the court, constantly call out his teammates and no one will say shyt, like they're the cat whose afraid the girl he begged to come back, after she left his ass in the cold to fukk with some other dudes for a few years, is going to leave him again.

They don't want to hear you though! The Cleveland organization and fans as a whole are pathetic for accepting this guy back with the way everything transpired.

yea thats a good point too. coaches not being able to bring in their own guys for their staff = set up for failure off the top.
