Or why if he tells you to sign his boy, injury prone no defense Varejao to a 30M extension, you do it.
He can refuse to run the coach's system, not even acknowledge him, give no effort on the court, constantly call out his teammates and no one will say shyt, like they're the cat whose afraid the girl he begged to come back, after she left his ass in the cold to fukk with some other dudes for a few years, is going to leave him again.

At the end of the day, Blatt has himself only to blame. He's slow to make adjustments mid-game, doesnt emphasize mismatches, and pretty much coaches like the NBA is outta his league.
The front office is giving him time to show he belongs, but the fact he still refuses to adequately use his bench will get him canned. As recently as three weeks ago, he had Delladova and Harris as two of his first 3 players off the bench.
Must of us knew when Lebron came back that he wasn't a good fit with Blatt...problem is Blatt took the job thinking it was going to be Kyrie, Waiters, Wiggins/Parker....he didnt anticipate Bron/Love coming that along pretty much raised the expectation for the team prior to him being ready...
To be honest Gilbert should of probally voided Blatts contract rather than trying to save face....but a lot of what happened this summer wasn't probable.
Blatt needs to go, waiters needs to go, Tristan needs to go, and Kyrie needs to go....with that being said only one leaving will likely be Blatt and waiters.
