Deng was about to be traded for Mello a little over a year ago, but now he's not worth being traded for a person who hasn't played a minute in the summer league, and Omeka Okafor who is decent... It's just easy to sleep on a guy like Okafor but I understand why he getting 14mil next season

Deng would be awesome, but I wouldn't do it cuz the Wiz need a backup PG, a reliable back up PF and C. Third pick is too high for us, we trade for two lower first round picks or we take a chance on Oladipo being that spark off the bench ala Harden in OKC. Otto porter was streaky in college, so I wouldn't expect him to enter the nba and be much different than Chris Singleton IMO...

That's one reason why they have talked to the Kings, Mavs, Pistons, Cavs, Wizards, Magic, Blazers and Bucks.

I don't know much about the Wizards rumors but I know they want the 13 pick from Dallas.

The Wizards would be too dumb if they make this trade. They just need to get a decent pick and hope they get one of the worst records next season. From there, deep playoff runs will be a realistic possibility in 3 to 4 yrs time. A Deng trade aint gonna do shyt for the franchise two seasons from now. The 2014 draft has players that are going to change the game for a lot of teams and that's where the focus should be. Right now all they need to do is accumulate great role players.

they wouldn't do it unless Deng re-signed and when I meant young I was specifically referring to Wall and Beal.
