I've been arrested for punching someone outside a bar when I was younger. The police asked buddy if he wanted to press charges, he said no, i still was arrested and charged with assault.
You don't always have say yeah to have charges picked up, the state picked up my charges.
So again, where in the article does it say Eubanks filed charges?
