new GM's always want their own coach, and Caldwell isnt anything special. yea they rebounded well but the season was already over when they went on a run

I just wish Caldwell would talk more.. he always comes off like he's a Latin ballplayer that needs a translator at the end of games. Probably would still be the coach in Indy if he spoke the f*ck up once in a while

Not even mad. It's rare that a coach legit loses a game for his team, and Caldwell did that in the GB game. Not preparing for a Hail Mary should have him on the hot seat alone. Plus the nonstop mismanagement of the game clock. Plus this dude hiring the worst OC in recent memory and wanting to keep him until he was forced to make a change.
On the flip side the players love him, and Megatron is prob more likely to retire if Caldwell gets fired.
