Exactly Phil ain't going to any team but the heat or maybe thunder he doesn't go to teams that don't have a superstar and at least an Allstar.
And let's be 100 we all know good and damn well the Knicks should blow it up and rebuild but they can't since they don't control there draft picks.

Phil is a great coach but a terrible talent evaluator he and Mitch both wanted Sean May over Andrew Bynum. He's also the guy that pushed for Luke Walton to be drafted.
I wouldn't want him running my team
luke walton was a 2nd round pick and a 10 year nba career, nad had some decent years
I know for a FACT what he asked for from the Nets in a meeting they set up. He doesn't want to coach, he wants to run a team like Pat Riley... for way more money.
