The Lakers should hit up the Rockets if they want to move Dwight, they could probably get Parsons, Asik, Motiejunas and Patterson out of it.
Two starters, bench depth with Patterson, and Motiejunas has a ton of potential, especially in Antoni's system.

At this point, to me it's such a sure thing he's leaving after this season that they'd be dumb not to trade him. I'm not sure he's capable of living up to the enormous contract he's gonna demand anyways. Kobe and Dwight cannot co exist, at least not at this point of Dwight's career.

They don't need Bledsoe. Billups is back and playing healthy, Grant Hill just came back and can't even get minutes right now. Why not move him? Especially when you've apparently gotten assurances that Chris Paul will resign.
KG would be incredible on that team. He can spot up inside the three point line all day and open up lanes for everybody. Griffin would really benefit especially. And the defense? The intensity? The work ethic? There's so many off the court intangibles he adds that you can't measure. I'm also sure he'd light a spark in Billups.
this is assuming billups doesn't get injured again. you do make good points though and I really want Bledsoe to go somewhere he can get more minutes because he is severely underutilized on the clips.
