We talking about the NBA. :heh: And even if that wasn't the case the fact still remains that you didn't include those qualifiers in your original post.
it was a general point that if a scandal hit the media and older generations of player would be in an uproar over this advantage gained by certain players. Whether you deem it unfair or just playing within the system for those players to use PEDs is up to you.

Breh come on. Just stop. :snoop:

First you say it's unfair.
Then you say it's unfair because it's not socially acceptable.
Then you say that older generations made it unacceptable.
Then you say baseball. :laff:
Now you say it's up to each person to decide what's unfair.

All that to say that you really had not basis to support your assertion and once you were challenged you really had nothing to stand on. You coulda just said that...no need to go around in circles and throw shyt it at the wall hoping it sticks.

I believe it is because it is my opinion and what I believe in that's it. I just gave you a basis of why people may a feel it is unfair which is why I brought up baseball, the media, and older generations of players. The sport in question may dictate how people feel on what is acceptable to try and win and what isn't.

So if it is your opinion how is what other people may feel relevant? If the sport in question dictates shyt why are you bringing up a sport that wasn't in question?

It isn't relevant. But we have seen older generations in basketball bytch about the younger generation for a number of reasons far less damaging than HGH use. But if it was revealed to be a major issue I dont think many people would consider it fair.

Does HGH make you ball better?
Most people don't understand the hormone and automatically assume it makes you stronger/faster/quicker.

In reality HGH helps your body recover faster. Its like testosterone, its a natural hormone and levels decrease as we get older, its why it takes longer to heal the older we get. There hasn't been enough research to say conclusively if elevated levels over time have a negative effect on the body, but it seems be non-destructive. I think all pro athletes should have access to HGH. We want them to play every night but hold them to stricter standards of recovery. The human body is only capable of so much

it helps you recover from injury faster
So does aspirin. So does ibuprofen. So does ice. So does icy hot and bengay.

How does that make it unfair? Why shouldn't it be readily available? Or should all substances that speed recovery be banned?

I wanna hear a real reason why this is so unfair to use and is such a negative for sports, like some real medical analysis. Its like the powers that be red flagged this shyt as some major unfair taboo, the media regurgitated the vileness of evil substance, and then the fans joined in on the parrot parade. If there are no major negative medical implications then I fail to see why this isn't a benefit to all parties involved. Fans get to see more of their favorite players on the field or court instead of missing time due to some nagging injury and ownership has their employees missing less time. And of course the players would like to heal faster. I hope this isn't just a case of people being afraid of advancements in science or a case of "thats not the way the old school did it".

If there's anybody that has more info on why this shyt is so taboo I'd love to be educated on it.
