Talk to them and find out. Your reaction tells me you don't understand the context of my post. For much of the so called black world the nation or tribe trumps "color". They aren't looking at it as "oh thats my fellow black man", they view them within the context of their nationality or sometimes tribe.

The Coli brands itself as a "pro black" message board, but a strong majority of self proclaimed pro-black posters are really black American nationalists who despise or think little of other black groups. The Locker Room is loaded with anti-African/West Indian/Black Latino rhetoric (especially Dominican, Jesus Christ!
), and there are threads outright urging other AA's to stop caring about other black people. AA's are thought of as "black" first in part because America is the "default" country in western society (it's the world's only superpower), so American blacks are the "default" black people in western society. Black people are not united at all, but no way in hell are AA people this sole black ethnicity trying to bring the diaspora together (one of the most ridiculous claims I've read this whole year

They know they're racially black. Zulus, Xhosas etc. are legally black (census data). That's not the problem, they don't see themselves as "African" or "third world" because of their proximity to white Afrikaner and Indian wealth. They look at other Africans as beneath them.
