- Being arrested/detained is possible.
- Anyone could get another person arrested.
However, a prosecuting office will have to ask itself whether it wants to stand behind using resources and tax payer money to prosecute a black man who was called ****** on video.
Even in South Carolina, I doubt it would be a realistic belief that:
1. The complainant witness, the racist nikka, would cooperate with the prosecutor and agree to testify that he called him ****** and expected to be leaving that place untouched.
2. Even in South Carolina, it'd be a long shot to get a conviction from a jury with that video.
I really hope nothing happens to the guy legally. Alot of them white boys on reddit are calling for his arrest.
