Some aspects reminded me of Kena, really like the different setting. Protagonist design.

This game looks amazing. 
I love the look and the vibe of this.
But I'll be damned if the prevailing thing I got from this showcase wasn't how many games seem to be running the same 'painterly style with "intentional artistic" sub-30 FPS' gambit.
This, Mixtape, a couple other things I saw. I'm hoping that's just an encoding problem and it isn't as stilted as it appears, but... I'mma just hope the PC versions of these have an option to at least get these characters moving smoothly.

I'm feeling this. Frustrating that it's only MS that seems to be pushing games with black protagonists, especially because they can kill these studios at will literally for no other reason than to pump the stock

Ended up watching the whole thing.
They really put effort into this.
I like the stop motion animation paired with the Nightmare Before Xmas/James and the Giant Peach texture to all these characters.
I'm hoping this does well.
Really enjoying the setting of this game.
