Maryland is the North, Virginia is the South. D.C.'s location was chosen for that reason.

Not true. DC was created before there was even a north/south division. Technically MD is the south since its below the Mason Dixon. MD-PA is the real north/south division. All this is pretty irrelevant since the DMV isn't even a state

I guess I had it wrong. I have always thought Maryland was the North. I know you did history in college so I'll take your word for it.

The boogiest state? I assume it's Georgia just cuz Atlanta has such high allergy rates. Lot of nose blowing going on in that city, I tell you what.
Not states but cities would be ATL or dallas (home of the 40k millionaire)
