:francis:On one hand, I like entertaining friends and cooking for people. On the other hand, I REALLY wanted to have some leftovers and he ate everything. :picard:

I didn’t even get to pack a lunch for the next day.:mjcry:There was nothing left.

He took me out for lunch today, but it’s not the same:mjcry::wow:

I like having company over and I love people but…eat b4 u come over here.
:sadcam:
I used to think my ex was trifling for hiding the lasagna in the oven when his brothers came over.
But now I get it.:mjcry:

Fukk being a good hostess. I blame my mom for this southern hospitality shyt.:wow:

AND Girls are even worse than dudes!!!. Some of these trifling heifers don’t know how to cook and just be showing up with empty stomachs.:stopitslime:
The kitchen is CLOSED.

LOL @Booksnrain...I thought u was talking about the Ludacris song back in the day from just reading the title.

I agree with u but my thing is if u always going over someone's crib to eat...cook for them too or at least take them out. Too many moochers outchea. If u drink and u always going over someone's crib to drink...bring over a bottle sometimes or buy them a drink at a happy hour or spot. If u smoke...match up with those u engaging that with.

I am a hospitable person too but sometimes folks take advantage of it.

Man, ain’t nothing wrong with the southern hospitality, but you always slide you a bit of the food away for leftovers.

I grill out often, and have folks come over. I always make sure I cook enough for everybody to get their grub on, but I also make sure I’m going to have some for me to take to lunch the next day, have a late night snack, etc

Every body supposed to bring a bottle or something if you hosting.
Supposed to…but they be slacking.

I don’t mind sometimes. But damn some are repeat offenders. And the ones I think should be able to cook…don’t know how to boil eggs.
Grown ass women!!!

Yeah I think that’s my main problem. Portions. The male friend that came over…at least he bought the food. I just cooked it. But it was like a whole pound of pink Argentine shrimp, a pot of cheese grits and a pot of cabbage.
I’m thinking, “its just two of us. Surely he ain’t gon eat everythi-“

NOPE! Wasnt even any grits left to scrape off the bottom of the pan.:mjcry:

And home cooked food not the same as going out.:wow:
