I just explained that bamma is a term big city/northern aframs used for southern/rural/non urbanized aframs. This is the same way big city/urbanized whites see rural/mountain/etc as country bumpkins and hicks.
Doesn't matter who uses the term bamma we talking about who is close in culture.Blacks in Northern cities (mainly midwest and West)retain more Southern culture than whites do.If we go by your logic we can say that blacks who call other blacks darkie or burnt aren't black right don't consider themselves black right. Like I said the dynamic is way different shame on you for paralleling what whites do and go through to what blacks do and go through in this country.

Bama is a term for southern folk who are country, and yes it can be used for southern folk in the city or nto.

yes they/some do:gucci:
Now they ,mention some stuff Southern customs whites do up north. Plus Southern folk don't even talk remotely the same as up North whites.

yes and those people are called hicks from hick towns

Nope not exactly places like Palmdale ,Lancaster or Monrovia in California are pretty much considered rural but they are not hick towns. My whole point is people can rural areas a quite vast up north just as they are a lot of urban bustle and hustle in some southern cities.

The point Im making is that northern/big city aframs often made fun/looked down on southern aframs mainly based on what they perceived as being country, not up to date, less educated (to them) and outward appearance/fashion. This is the same dynamic that I already explained works with whites.

I was born in Brooklyn and lived here my whole life. I have love for the South. Y'all friendly and have good buisness acumen. Good food. :banderas:Not to mention fine black women. I love my city as well. Truth be told alot of real NY folk are humble. We just arent friendly because the NYC lifestyle is harsh and made our hearts cold like the weather in November. An old head who was Rican ironically told me that "always show respect where ever you go." Basically dont go around walking that Im from Brooklyn or Harlem or Bronx rah rah rah shyt. And alot of smart NY nikkas operate like this. Those who brag or boast that shyt are the softest nikkas you see. Just show respect and keep it humble. If you listen to Dave East music and how he moves that is smart NY nikkas move. None of that rah rah rah shyt.

My thing is this regionalism isn't going to help us get freedom from our opression. Cops are killing us up North and cops are killing us in the south. This shyt is divide and conquer is dumb as fukk. We should link up with each other for buisness opportunities. I went to a REIA meeting couple months ago and there was alot of brothas and sista there who have property in the south. We should do this and link up for the greater goal. I plan to move down south when my career is established and stack my money up here. There is plenty of money opportunities in the South which us up North could take advantage of while making connects with brothas and sistas down there.

Damn, you sound hurt bruh. And speaking of crackers, you NYers talk like crackers. NY nikkas sound like Italians and Jews. :hhh: Y'all got the same accents and voice inflections. Nobody is trying to copy NY slang and accents, "Yo shun word is bond shun". :mjlol:If NY is so relevant, what has NY brought to the table in the last ten years? :stopitslime: Other than that plastic ass hoe Nicki Minaj. :troll:

What's ironic about NY thinking any region is "slow" is that NY hasn't been culturally relevant since the early 2000's. No one is trying to dress, talk or make music like NYers anymore . As a result, NY sound, swag, accents, slang look and sound so outdated. This is why NY gets roasted so much online. NY swag of wearing du-rags, goofy oversized NY fitteds, Timbs all year round, big ass rinestone Pelle Pelle leathers (to anyone outside NY or Detroit or Chicago, this is a dated look straight from 2001). :ld:

But Southern rappers continue to dominate the rap game like they have since Y2K. Everyone steals Bay slang and the mainstream stole the Bay sound with the DJ Mustard wave for a few years. Kendrick put L.A. back on the map and has everyone outside of Cali wearing Dodger fitteds and Nike Cortez. Chicago Drill is having it's wave as well this decade.

But when was the last time NY was a big influencer in sound and style? :jbhmm:At least not since Dipset. :umad: Other than a few one hit wonders like Bobby Shmurda, Young M.A. and Desiigner and short lived crews like A$AP and damn near 50 year old rappers like Hov, NY hasn't evolved or adapted like other regions :usure:. NY lives in the past. ***Waits for NYers to say, "we created Hip Hop, b". Yeah, but that was damn near 50 years ago :patrice:.

The suburbs
I honestly see more people hate on NY on here than the other way around.
Not true. Ppl joke on NYC. But they actually hate on the south.

Making dead ass jokes n timb boots memes isn't hating. It's joking. That's how other regions are they joke all day. U go to certain cities they roast until u wanna fight them. It's not hating tho.

However saying shyt like down south killed hip hop, then turning around n biting their flow n sound is def hating.

I always assumed southerners were slow because off terrible schools that stem from problems dating back to slavery. The illiteracy rates in places like bama and MS are higher than some third world shytholes because of racist cacism.

Lol this is extremely outdated:mjlol:

Where exactly do you need to come from, in order to Roast new york:mjlol: Delusion at its finest. The city is the arguable goat on a global scale. New york competes with cities like tokyo, paris hong kong london etc

Not with anything in or coming out of the south:mjlol:
