TI was one of my favorite rappers but he fell off after Paper Trail.
His also lost a ton of momentum because he went back to jail and couldn't promote No Mercy which sucked anyway, a ton of singles he put out at that time didn't even make the cut.
And then he co-signed Iggy Azalea and I never checked for him again.

I don't see it as him falling off......time will make anything seem like it "fell off"....he still popular, everybody knows him, he's in movies, TV shows, drops music/features...been in the game over 15 years....
