The thing with these bond films is you know what to expect. It's really all about their formula and shyt is weak because the 007 formula is dated.
You also have a lot of other alternatives. Bourne, Mission Impossible, hell, even Fast and Furious. Daniel Craig doesn't even want to be James Bond. As much as brits don't want a black Bond, they would've been a good look.

Just saw it. Not as bad as ppl made me believe it was. Same old "bond plot" with the villain doing some stupid shyt to bond instead of just putting a bullet trough his skull. They didnt use Waltz and batista to their full potential. But i liked the movie
Sooo much better than that Sam Smith track.....
This one feels timeless.

the beginning of the movie is great.
Movie gets downhill in the second part. I guess you didn't even give it a chance. You went in with the "this movie is gonna be trash " attitude

Definitely a step back from skyfall. The best way to put it would be that for a bond film, it was boring and I never felt a sense of urgency or tension throughout the film except for the scene when Bond infiltrates the Spectre meeting.
Hopefully for Bond 25, which will be Daniel Craig's last, (or maybe he decides this will be his last) they really step it up.

Daniel Craig is corny and looks homosexual. I can't take him serious as James Bond. One of the worst James Bond opening scenes in the series. It didn't grab me so I turned it off and watched hateful 8.

only thing i dont like about the song is the falsetto parts tbh.....when he say "if i risk it all" and that music get all bombastic
...dont know why he did that falsetto shyt tho, could've been epicas far as the movie i gotta rewatch it cuz i got on my phone midway thru and wasnt paying attention at all...which isnt a good sign
my issues with this bond series is the movies were too far apart release wise.. I spent majority of the movie trying to remember what the fukk they were referencing from the previous movies, Casino Royale came out 10 fukking years ago
what made lord of the rings, the hobbit, etc series so good is they came out 1-2 years after each other one so whenever they would reference something from the past it was still fresh on your mind..

Quantum of Solace - 2008 (2 years apart is fine)
Skyfall - 2012

for a continued story the release dates were just too far apart..needs to be yearly like the hobbit, or 2 years max apart

There was a gap before Skyfall because MGM went bankrupt, they didn't get out until the end of 2010. Production didn't begin until early 2011.my issues with this bond series is the movies were too far apart release wise.. did not know this. Still the time from skyfall to spectre was a year or two too long as well. Series shoulda finished in 2014

Damn I finally just saw this tell me this didn't have the old school Bond feel
