That picture with all those scratch offs and him not winning anything is bullshyt. If he bought $400 worth of $1 scratch-off's he would of at least won $1 or $2 here and there out of the 400 scratch offs. Like somebody else said... he would have been better off buying the $20 and $30 scratch-off's. The $20 and $30 scratch-off's have much better odds of winning... those are the ones the pay out big money if you win even without hitting the jackpot.
