The other day I was in Venice. Cacs came in there and wrecked shop turning that place into a little frisco.. whole neighborhood had million dollar homes and one house in the middle of the block had an old school Hispanic family still hanging on to their house. They must have bought that house in the 70''s when venice was a gang neighborhood and now they surrounded by the cast of modern family.

People must be knocking on their door once a week asking them to sell.. they sitting on a goldmine.
