In the universes as Miguel sees them our Miles with no powers means that the original Spider-Man is alive. Since Miles isn’t Spider-Man none of those bad things have to happen to him. His father and uncle could still be alive.

The Earth 42 Miles would have become Spider-Man and yes his father may have died but he would have powers.

A world where Miles both doesn’t have powers and parts of his family dies isn’t supposed to happen. That’s not what Miguel and the other spidermen wanted to happen.
