not sure. but old man logan is alive. pretty much everyone from the ultimate u aside from miles (+ his extended family, and miles does something in secret wars that changes his family dynamic significantly) and reed richards is gone.
in secret wars, the person that's really responsible for saving the remaining heroes is molecule man. doom and dr. strange turn him into a god bomb, he kills the beyonders, collects their power, and then grants it to doom (after strange refuses it). he then spends his days in a white room where doom visits him. he's been there for about 8 years, and every time doom visits, MM asks if he brought him any food. doom says no. eventually miles and the OG peter parker find MM. MM asks them if they brought food, and miles gives him a burger that was weeks old. disgusting, but MM hadnt eaten anything in a really long time (he technically doesnt need to eat, he just wants to), soooo..... 
later, after doom is defeated, MM thanks miles for the burger by giving him his mom back.
