In terms of Movies, I think the Spider-man movies have been more consistent.
Video Games - Spider man. People slurp off the Arkham games and overlook the decades of mostly mediocre Batman games.
Cartoons - Close but I'll give it to Batman

They are pretty much equal in every category. Rogue Gallery is deep and diverse. Large collection of quality media from comics, cartoons, tv shows, games and movies. but i give the slight edge to spiderman simply he can hang with his peers in teamups much better than batman.
Put Spiderman on the Avengers and he feels every bit as capable as the rest of the crew. even more so then alot of them.
Put batman on the justice league roster and he basically just becomes the hawkeye of the group. completely out of his element.
Superman, Aquaman, Flash and Wonderwoman don't need any help from Batman

Without Batman, JL is just an overpowered avengers team. With Batman, The Worlds Greatest Detective they're an unbeatable Fab 5
Even his Villains and supporting characters getting their own movies and tv shows. Batman is probably the most successful superhero ever

Hmm I think if I put in Mask of the Phantasm then that makes it a slight nod to Batman.
