This is not entirely true. See Oakland Raiders fiasco. Or San Diego Chargers. Or currently Jacksonville Jaguars.

plus any other stadium a team plays in thats publicly funded through tax money. The city (the people) ultimately has final say.

Even 100% privately funded stadiums / teams need the city and tax payers blessings, otherwise you end up in a San Francisco 49er situation.

But Caps Lock keeps all the words capitalized. He's typing Title Case. So after every word he types he's capitalizing the next word? Like Why Would He Need To Capitalize Every Word In A Whole Paragraph Including Article Words Like "The", "An", And "And". Using the previous sentence as an example, that doesn't seem weird to anyone else
