Gentrification doesn't exclusively affect black neighborhoods either, I see it happening in Rockaway as well...the neighborhood I grew up in is vastly diff from what it's like today...it's just the way it is...no neighborhood stays the same. shyt, look at Bensonhurst ...I dare you to find me an Italian family living there now. "Bad" neighborhoods turn "good" and vice versa. W that said I can't fukkin stand hipster transplants fukk them
