Knowing that so many brehs are in a funk (or close to it), I wanted to open this up and see if anyone was interested in joining.
I need to make some life changes.
1. No snacking for 30 days, two meals a day, intermittent fasting.
2. Wake up at 5am for 30 days
3. No masturbation or internet porn for 30 days
4. 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 bodysquats for 30 days
5. Dress well for 30 days
6. To-Do list for 30 days
7. Keep correct posture for 30 days
8. Answer "yes" or "no" to yes or no questions for 30 days
9. Keep a notebook and pen on you for 30 days
10. Choose a specific goal and work on it for 5 or 6 hours a day for 30 days
Sunday is a rest day, still no porn. Might keep a log on here or on another forum.

And all the rest. Really need to better my posture anyway, and I'll be damned if I don't get better at the piano with hours of practice everyday
