Anyone else in here have full conversations with yourself on the reg? I find myself speaking to myself A LOT! Sometimes it's out loud but I've learned to keep most of it in my head. Anyone else talk to themselves?

Sometimes I feel like I'm way too comfortable chillin in my own headspace. I'm really drifting apart from my fellow man it seems. It comes and it goes, but this latest wave is really bad. I barely want to leave my apartment. I don't know how to explain it.

when i'm solving a problem i tend to talk it out to myself.
i propose solutions and talk through it as i work. i find this helps.

More than a few times. That's why I learned to just keep it in my head.

Sometimes I'll just do a whole podcast to myself.
