Politics, technology, population, are not battlefields. They are plans and schisms. A warrior may not always win in politics, technology or population advantages, but that does not change their role as a warrior or make them less formidable as a warrior. It only makes them fallible as all men are, even the royals and aristocrats, whom while not the greatest warriors, have their roles too. My solution is to allow it to continue. There is not even "abject poverty" in the USA. What you Americans define as "abject poverty" is close to riches in Africa, the Carrbean, etc. So like most everything else you have suggested here, you are off base with your characterizations. When blacks have enough people and carriage, we can consider other alternatives but for now the breeding must continue. Anything else is assimilation and death. Just ask the Native Americans what became of them when their breeding was halted. And then ask the Europeans what became of them when their breeding exploded.

you cannot compare poverty here to poverty elsewhere because we live here. following that logic we shouldn't have complaints about anything as we could simply compare ourselves to other places where people have it worse. Children in America who are falling asleep without eating don't sleep better knowing that some kid in Africa has it worse.

Your reasoning for my being unable to compare poverty in the USA to other parts of the world because "Americans live here" is nonsensical and ridiculous. The reality is that Americans don't have much to complain about; this doesn't mean Americans have nothing to complain about, but rather that Americans are well off compared to most people on the planet. Most every child in the USA eats and abject poverty in the USA is a very, very small % of the population.

My solution that we should do nothing and let the black population grow is a solution. This is afterall exactly what whites did in 17th and 18th century England when London was plagued with crime and poverty and sorrow. The population grew and the issues resolved on their own in time. You know what the same people die to the Native Americans? Precisely the sterilization you advocate. And the Natives were worse off for it.
