Statistics show that Black people use those services more than any other group of people.

In my humble opinion, Black people get too caught up in that bullshyt.

We need to spend time thinking about other shyt than memes, DMs, etc.

Nah you can make the argument that people in general are on social media too much but it's not a black thing. Older white people don't know how to turn on a fukking computer. But that don't happen as much here because it's called adapting and stayin coo if you wanna put it like that.

Young white broads are on social media 24/7. It ain't a black thing at all.

No. Its irritating to chide black people for something all people do. Not all black folks are fukking around on social media, and even for the ones who do,
we don't know what they do in their private time when they aren't online.

Just deleted my FACEBOOK. If i don't sign on in 14 days Im done. Thecoli is the only social media I have right now and I wish i could delete this account. Laying off on sex sites for now. Life is too great to be on net. Proud of myself.

None of my white friends post on Facebook except for the ones who do drugs. So I agree with OP. Some people get carried away with selfies, "spiritual" posts, and randoms thoughts. And they usually Black or latino, and certainly have much room for improvement in their quality of life.

Twitter is especially popular among younger African Americans

Overall, 73% of African American internet users—and 96% of those ages 18-29—use a social networking site of some kind. African Americans have exhibited relatively high levels of Twitter use since we began tracking the service as a stand-alone platform, and this continues to be the case—22% of online blacks are Twitter users, compared with 16% of online whites.



Younger African Americans in particular have especially high rates of Twitter use. Fully 40% of 18-29 year old African Americans who use the internet say that they use Twitter. That is 12 percentage points higher than the comparable figure for young whites (28% of whom are Twitter users).

In addition, looks like nikkas have no interest in Pinterest, as it affords few opportunities to engage in dumb shyt and facilitate drama.
