See I'm slacking on the rows. After

Squats,clean & jerk,deadlift,pull-ups, dips I have no energy for rows...

Maybe if I go real light weight.....

at the end of the day, youre gonna be able to handle more weight on a bar than a dumbbell :manny:

but at high weights relative your size, its easily possible to develop strength imbalances(more common with people who dont OH Press/Row etc)

I do DB rows with 155lbs. shyt is SERIOUS business. Requires much more core strength to get it done correctly than BB rows. You will cheat if you don't lock your abs.
