A plant based diet. No powders, just fruit and vegetables. Gorillas are mostly vegetarian but known to eat insects too, so instead of bugs let's substitute that for beans or peanuts.

Has anyone here tried this for real? :lupe:

Absolutely.

You just need to allow your body time to adjust to a plant based diet. Given enough time your digestive system will mutate into that of a silverback's, thus allowing you to build incredible amount of muscle.

But don't take my word for it. Put it into action. Bet what I'm saying will ring true within 4 generations. It's simple evolution :ehh:

Lol eat a lot of protein. Eat burgers. And lift weights. Do this for two weeks. You’ll see a difference. All those regimens u read online will only dissuade u.

Lol. Meh. Call it what U want. Personally my diet includes meat and chicken and fruits. Im naturally inclined towards that type of diet so its not much of a deviation for me. Telling folks they have to do xyz which requires effort is a very good way to ensure they don’t do it.

I stand by what I said. It doesn’t mean u eat burgers for breakfast lunch and dinner. But protein intake is a necessary step towards getting buff. Hell, include beans in there as well.
