It's no joke out here. Feel uncomfortable going everywhere, shopping , the mall , school .

Don't ever let this happen brehs. It's impossible to have normal relationships...with anyone. Putting up barriers like shyt. People trying to be friendly and cool with me, I'm just in the cut like ...you don't want these issues.

I used to think I was still on point, but eventually reality caught up. Lack of p*ssy will make a nikka crazy (or, make you get your shyt together). I guess I'm finally getting the right mindset, but it's a struggle.

Face your issues/fears/mental shyt, and don't eat away the anxiety brehs.

Real spit my ninja I feel you. I had got a Gucci Mane gut from leaning/drinking/smoking. I got my shyt together and dropped it. One thing I notice for sure I look back and realized I was depressed, but I really thought I was happy. I feel and look better. I still blow bud and eat, but I'm more selective and less in a rush to eat. I drink dark chocolate almond milk and vanilla. I'm about to switch the whole fam over to almond milk. You just gotta do small things and let them add up. Lots of water. I been researching my family and a lot of people on my fathers side lived into the high 80's low 90's that's my goal. I feel like I can do it too.

This is the realist post in Coli history. I just be looking, like, goddamn if I was in shape. So many opportunities squandered. Mouth piece is decent, I'm pretty well cultured, interesting dude, can relate on any number of things. None of that be mattering with this fatness though. Worst part is, even when I have a girl on the hook, my confidence won't allow me to execute or follow through. . I wouldn't even smash if I could, I'm disgusted, like, "bytch I'm not trying to fukk with this gut on me." Broads be like, "you gay or".
