A bytch from one of my college classes was 300 lbs. She got stuck in the desk, they had to bring in one of those warehouse forklifts to take her away.

A big girl in my Spanish class back in high school broke her desk.
Thing collapsed and died on the spot.

There was nothing with my workout regiemen I always been active....

but I've dropped like 25 lbs the last 4 months from just cutting out junk food and avoiding sugary drink/sodas....diet is everything brehs...

If you get to a point where obesity has ruined your social life then you have nothing to do but exercise. I myself was really overweight and one day decided to devote all my free time to improving my health. If that meant walking at a brisk pace from 2 to 3 hours by myself listening to some tunes then I did it.... by myself. Half a year later I got to where I developed a routine in the gym and ended up loosing 40 lbs that year. 5 Years later and it's still pretty much routine and I feel like I'm unstoppable. Some of my peers kinda start letting themselves go while I continued sculpting my body, even surpassing some of the people I thought I always thought were more athletic than me. Kinda let my weight creep back on recently but for the most part I look good. Whatever damage your weight may have done to your social life just look at it as an opportunity to improve on your own. Download music or lectures if thats your thing, and just listen and get moving

For inspiration, check out "wetbreasts" on twitter, YT, and that main body building forum. He wa damn near 700 lbs in 2013 when his weightloss journey began! :-)

Or get a physically demanding job like garbage collection or unloading fedex trucks. You **will** shed weight.

Put it to y'all this way. I can maybe be regular obese in like 5 months. It'll probably take a year and half to two years to completely undo it.

you dont say "i can maybe.." its your body nikka the sky is the limit. you should set goals and ride em to the end and youll look in the mirror summer 2017 like :whew: chris deezy was right
