Style has cultural implications and if anything, is merely a reflection of that culture and culture, especially in America, has racial implications if not outright focus. For example, if I were white, I may be able to partake in ADOS culture but I will never be a true member of that culture as a white person. The true nuances of it will always be lost to me. Race matters. Even more so, your original post indicates race before anything else and makes it a focus. A person who does poorly in one culture can do well in another culture. They may not truly be part of it, but they can do well in it. This leaves out biases about other cultures because when taking those into consideration, the points become even more pronounced. There's a dishonesty in ignoring the power of culture when adding race into the mix.
That said, I'm still curious about the point of this thread.
But once again, culture does not stop itself at race. Urban modern culture exist, and it encompasses black and white the same on certain aspects. Individualist hedonist culture of the modern world affect everyone. The same thing about biology. It's not erased by culture. This is why the rule remains that dimes, black or white, don't go the average dude, except some exception. The idea that white women, especially today, escape that reality is not true. It's even something the white sub culture itself emphasized. White nerds were the first ones to cry aout white dimes shytting on them and preferring the high school jock and the 6 foot frat boy. IN white colleges, Zuckerberg type of cats are not the ones getting the most p*ssy.
Cultural differences exist but they are not absolute and strong to the point of erasing other factors in dating choices, especially in liberal societies were cultural constraints do not exist anymore.
Are some black breh doing good with white women while they are were getting nada with black women? Yes. IS this true for dimes? No. The average cat, whether he's white or black, is not getting with dimes, as a rule.
