I agree 100%. I wouldnt stay w her but id help with the medical bills and support her. I wouldnt just drop her. But I would seek greener pastures(other women).

I agree that he shouldnt have walked away....but stay in a relationship w someone like thisI dont beleive u. Plus u know shell always give him hell for this. Id divorce her but stay friends and support her since shes the mother of my child but I aint staying in a relationship with that, fukk that.

That's a tough one.

My older cousin went through the same situation years ago but at least she stayed with him for another good 8 years after 90%+ of his body was burned. They had to use his butt cheeks to replace tissue that was missing from his face. Dude got burned in a car trying to scam insurance company. 30 years later his skin still itches from the burns

fukked up thing dudes parents had money in Haiti and I mean MONEY so he didn't need all that shyt. Very prominent family that owned a pite business (don't know what they call pite in English). If you're ever in haiti driving up the Bourdon road and see 2 white huge 4-story houses next to each other that's their houses. I can't mention names but buch of cool black people.

Anyway they were in the US for a few years and he let his boy talk him into that dumb shyt. He cashed in, alright but at a huge cost. I remember I was like 9 when it happened. I used to like homey and was excited to see him when he was coming back to Haiti a year after it happened. When they said he was at the door I ran downstairs and opened the door all excited. And then I saw him and was like ....
It was embarrassing. I just froze and couldn't extend my hand to shake his... My aunt and mom pushed me out the way as to not embarrassing him. You know Haitian parents. Don't you fukking dare "fè yo wont dévan moun"
Anyway he got better over the years but still looks like that chick in the pic

I know of 5 stories...1 in my family, where a physician ended up losing his medical license for participating in the stupid stuff....like the type of scheme you described.

They got in when the rules for foreign doctors..and foreign trained doctors int the US were lax.

Physicians were much better compensated in America..and during those days.

Threw it away for fake accident schemes.

I think his ass burned her on purpose. IF, it WAS an accident he's still scum for fukking her up like that then bouncing. I hope his life experiences make him pay dearly for what he did. Then they have a child together on top of that....smh!


As for her, may God be with her. I can't imagine the pain of being set on fire, to me having your body burned like that would be the worst, I'd rather get shot by a bullet than to be caught in a fire. All those flames, you'll be in in unimaginable pain everywhere. Then to survive it and not be able to recognize yourself in the mirror, my god.
