Got so many peers up in court dealing with child support, alimony, custody disputes, etc. that the whole idea of marriage/kids still scares me to be honest. Not to mention my parents got divorced when I was old enough to see exactly how ugly those situations can get.

35 and no kids that I know of... The funny thing about kids is people with them will complain and bytch about how tough it is until they find out you don't have kids. Then they spend all their time trying to convince you to hurry up and have kids.

I made it to 31 before I had my son. At that age it was a decent transition into parenthood. For me, having a kid was out the blue, nurse handed me the pamper to put on him when he was born and I was a deer in headlights....yeah I had 9 months to learn, well 8 he was born early, but i was in disbelief that I was having a kid until he was actually born.
