I work in South Jamaica so I'm surrounded by Guyanese chicks and them hoes is bad.

I'm not sure about the diaspora but I think with a lot of Indian women here in India they're just not up on their grooming and beauty like that
people underestimate it but a lot of women in a place like NYC have really worked on their grooming in an ongoing, involved way since their early teenage years so when they actually step out looking good it's not an accident that they're looking real sexy
but when you fall back on all that kinda thing, not do regular upkeep of skin and hair and everything else it makes a huge difference
you know what I'm saying, like, you can't just wake up one morning and start getting ready for something and start using facewash etc it takes at least a couple months if not an year+ of ongoing regular effort to get you into a 'space'. plus all that sort of upkeep is expensive too
even if you're a dude for that matter.
