That's interesting. I could find a way to pray 5 times a day, that's not a problem. I always wanted to go to Mecca. I can do that. I'm good to my parents. They are getting older too....Now for this messenger or prophet part....I guess I'm still in search of that. I guess I'm a religious Free Agent and I find all this discussion about religion to be interesting and fascinating. People really do believe and I want to see what the big deal is. People really get worked up over religion and I was never really into it like that, it just wasn't interesting to me when I was young then I just fell out of it. Now, I'm interested in learning more. it is possible for Jesus to have been around before Abraham and still be a prophet because God can make anything happen for any of us, it's similar to when the prophet Muhammad pbuh went to heaven and met Moses and Jesus, one could say that the prophet was actually more than human but he was not more than human, he was a man who was delivering the message of god like Jesus and God can take and place them wherever he wants, similar to how Jesus will come back, we believe that but still that does not make him a God, because we believe there is only one god.

The same Bible which has been around longer than the Quran declares Jesus Alpha and Omega....aka he is the beginning and the end aka he is God.

the question of whether or not getting into heaven means accepting jesus is your savior seems like it would be important . slaimon says no, mr somebody says yes. basic logic would tell you that IF they both hold strong to their beliefs about their religions, one of them is not getting into heaven. the bible clearly states that jesus is the only way to salvation

Just like political leaders lead us into bullshyt and even tax us to pay for the bullshyt... religious leaders do the same. I just bought this Buddhist, meditation book at B&N yesterday... The core belief of all this sh1t are the same... Muslims pretend like Muhammad wasn't Astral projecting - he was meditating so hard.. he wasn't praying to God. Christians act like a man can save you when clearly both Jesus and Buddha said that you can only save yourself.

You saving yourself is way too powerful of a message-- religious leaders would have not power and control if that was a key component of these belief systems. Most of the new testament and most of the Hadiths wouldnt exist. religion is tied into politics, politics are tied into human motivations.. human are corrupt and fukked up when given power... so what do you expect?

Judaism is documented to be the first of the Abrahamic religions but substantial arguments can be made that Jesus is the Messiah, prophet Isaiah talked about. So Technically Christianity is a continuation of Judaism..

No where in the New testament did Jesus say Muhammad will show up after him and introduce a Qur'an
