He's too stubborn to change. The offense he wants to run is incapable of beating elite teams unless you have SEC talent (especially at RB). Michigan will continue to blow out most Big Ten teams while getting stumped by OSU.

This is Lloyd Carr era football. Lose to all the good teams, but still win 10 games. I don't think he'll be on the hot seat next year because no other coach can give Michigan fans what they truly want: national relevance.
