I don't see Harbaugh going to the NFL because there's no way he'd command the type of control and power he wields in Ann Arbor. In the NFL, Harbaugh would be subject to the same rules everyone else plays by. Sure he'd get a boatload of money and maybe some type of semi-GM power, but a couple bad years and he'd be fired or on the hot seat; Gruden is gonna learn that lesson soon.

Whereas in Ann Arbor he out ranks the athletic director, hasn't won shyt in 4 years and is facing no pressure. Any talk of him being on the hot seat is quickly silenced by people who scream "but we wouldn't be able to find a better coach" as if that's a logical argument...but it works.

Michigan will be ranked high for most of next season, they'll beat MSU/PSU/Wisconsin...and then lose to OSU more than likely. I don't know off hand what OSU's QB situation will be like next year so Michigan has a chance...but then again I didn't expect Haskins to be this good. Gonna assume they have someone in the wings who will keep throwing TDs.

I never said the teams in the BIG10 never won anything. OSU got a natty, PSU won the conference and lost the bowl game, MSU
made the playoffs and only lost 38-0.

What I did allude to is that if you had to beat better teams on the reg, the teams representing the conference at the end of the year would be better.

I'd say beating MSU is a guarantee. Dantonio is even more stubborn than Harbaugh, and has likely doomed MSU over the next few years by refusing to evolve on offense/fire his retard OC.

Wisconsin, PSU...yea, maybe they aren't guaranteed. But Michigan is going to be very good again on paper and out class nearly everybody in the conference. Defense is losing some major pieces but will rebound. Only thing that makes me think things could go to shyt (ie an 8-9 win season instead of getting to 10) is how the QB situation plays out. Shae is clearly not that good, but will likely start again. If he struggles will Harbaugh shytcan him?

Nebraska is on the way back and if Purdue gets a QB, watch out. I see both of them being on par with Michigan within next two seasons.
