MLK Ave in Soufeast DC is somewhat chill now compared to the 90’s, 00’s, and early 10’s but you definitely still wanna move with purpose if you walking around there at night, even during daylight hours too

I'm not avoiding any of them. I've met plenty of chicks in the hood for casual relationships. Unfortunately MLK Blvd in most cities has a bad reputation but you shouldn't have any problems unless your on some BS.

That's not true.

We have (had) two, one in Badnewz (King/Lincoln Park) and we had some projects in Hampton (Lincoln Park) that just got torn down.
