Firstly, most of the comments in OP's post are dumb. However isn't the answer to your question yes? And maybe its harder to see because you used the word "fault" as if it's always a negative thing. But the situation of a woman giving birth out of wedlock is her decision isn't it? The woman is the CEO of deciding whether or not a baby is born into this world. The man can give his opinion, but he has zero power in the final decision. If a woman is pregnant and wants to have the baby, but the man doesn't, who's choice rules? And if a woman gets pregnant but doesn't want to have the baby, but the man does, who has the final decision?

Didn't even read the OP either way it is out of line. Problem is we need to be responsible for our women and I dont just mean wives and girlfriends. I'm talking sisters, aunts, grandmothers, cousins ect.. When a black woman doesn't have the guidance of a male she's lost as is all women. When your single mother family members need something help them out, when any of the single women in your family need some help them out within reason.
The men he's talking to are the ones who abstain from making babies with women they don't want to start a family with but wind up saving the women who do make babies with men they don't want to start a family with.
I agree 100% with OP. Single mothers for men who don't already have kids are only for fun. Stop saving these goofies.
If a woman didn't grow up with a proper male role model or know how to stay committed to a man they shouldn't have kids. Same thing for men, too, if they grew up without a proper female figure
